Rear Extension to detached house in Rectory Close, Ashtead, Surrey.
Design and Building Regulations submission. Traditional cavity wall construction and facing brickwork. Flat roof, (Warm) construction with large lantern style roof window. Structural design of steel beams to enable open plan kitchen, dining room and family area to the existing ground floor layout.

First stage - excavation for mass fill concrete foundations.
Construction of new soakaway and all drainage works.
